#326 Sacrifice to the Makers Wife!

As a tribute to the Makers Wife's annual trip around the sun the robots offer up heads in sacrifice containing offerings and treasured wonders in hopes of appeasing the Maker and Makers Wife.

Tomorrow is my wife's birthday, so I made three presents into robot heads using foil as wrap, googly eyes, pipe stems and mini-bows.

#293 Easter Surprise Bot

So you thought those plastic Easter eggs were going to be full of jelly beans? Were you ever surprised when it was actually a robot with disruption rays!


Little plastic easter eggs and a googly eye/glittery pipe stem.

#260 Mr. Mouth Bot

FEED ME! This bot seems to have a large capacity for filling its mouth.


Made from two lids painted silver and glued together with pipe stems and a googly eye. The lids looked like robo-boobs until I glued them together.

This automaton has donated its chassis to science. It is now used as a teaching aid in a robo-osteology class.


Yes I reused parts from #257 the Untangler, it looked too much like a skull the other way around so a robot skeleton seemed appropriate. Nod to Skull A Day and Noah for the Skullphabet 2 font and as always for Skully inspiration!

More autumnal automatons invade! What is thought to be an annoying poisonous nut that dings cars and gets hucked by kids may actually be an invading nanobot. Seen here is one unpacked and another unpacking itself from the spiky delivery vehicle.

An attempt at a hybrid robot of organic material and metal. Oak and steel. It never could get over the horror that it was not quite alive.
